Logistics Software Partnership

A multi-year partnership with one of Australia's specialist supply chain operators

Some partnerships are built to solve today's problems. The most impactful ones are built to create tomorrow's opportunities.

Energy LogistiX, a specialist supply chain partner for mining, energy, defence and major projects, chose a multi-year strategic partnership with CodeFish Studio rather than one-off projects. The work brings technology, automation, AI and connected data to build a smarter, safer and more connected supply chain business.

We're proud to partner with Energy LogistiX (ELX). From our first conversations it was clear the ELX leadership team weren't focused on the next contract or the next quarter. They are building a generational business, designed to thrive for the next century and beyond.

The partnership

A business built on operational excellence, customer obsession, continuous improvement and long-term thinking.

At CodeFish Studio we partner with ambitious organisations to get more out of the systems they run on — through technology, automation, AI and connected data. Not for technology's sake, but for better decisions, stronger customer outcomes, clearer visibility and capability that scales.

What excites us most about ELX is what they are willing to do before the market makes them.

Invest ahead of the market

ELX commit before the sector moves, rather than waiting for change to force their hand.

Challenge conventional thinking

A willingness to question how supply chain work has always been done.

Continuously improve

Systems and processes that get better on a cadence, not in response to a crisis.

Build capability for tomorrow

The systems and processes put in place today are what define industry leadership later.

Together we'll support ELX's vision for a smarter, safer and more connected supply chain organisation.

One that continues to raise the benchmark for service, innovation and operational performance across Australia.

The companies that lead the future don't wait for change. They help create it.
